We will essentially become your tenant and therefore guarantee you a fixed rental income. We sublet your property to the suitable tenant and manage the property on your behalf throughout the tenancy, ensuring your peace of mind and maximising your rental income.

Once you have accepted our offer, we will provide you with our tenancy agreement that will cover your agreed guaranteed rent for the duration of the tenancy, full property management and 24/7 repairs and maintenance during the tenancy.

We will inspect the property to ensure that it is ready to be let and compliant with the law and regulations. Compliance documents such as Energy Performance Certificate, Landlord Gas Safety Report and Electrical Installation Condition Report will be requested along with any other necessary documentation.​​
